The current purpose of this work group is to define and publish Standard Names for unstructured responses to RETS requests and to provide XML Schemas for instance documents that contain MLS information. Data is the heart of the standard and this workgroup has been one of the most active in recent months and promises to continue to be so in the coming months.

An updated list of standard names has been completed and is targeted for the March 2010 in-person meeting for discussion and adoption RCP 88, 89 and 90 are related to this work. Please see RCP documents to review the work

The adopted schema should be available at www.rets.org/xsd
The javadoc style documentation and updated Excel spreadsheets will be released as soon as available.
