Schema Files
Charter
The current purpose of this workgroup is to define XML Schemas for instance documents that contain MLS information. Data is the heart of the standard and this workgroup has been one of the most active in recent months and promises to continue to be so in the coming months.
The workgroup is in the process of expanding the charter to include Standard Names as a responsibility of this group.

Calendar of Events
An updated list of standard names is in progress as of January 21, 2010 and is targeted for the March 2010 in-person meeting for discussion and adoption
Most recent Schema files were uploaded on Tuesday, June 24th, 2008.
The adopted schema should be available at www.rets.org/xsd
The javadoc style documentation and updated Excel spreadsheets will be released as soon as available.
